ProblemThe formula is the factory’s most valuable knowledge. It should not sit in front of everyone on the production floor.
SolutionA formula opens only for the operator assigned to the job, scaled to that job’s quantity. Ingredients marked confidential are not named to people without permission. No work order can be opened with a formula the chemist has not approved.
ProblemDifferent pack sizes are filled from the same mix. When each size counted all the stock as its own, the numbers ballooned.
SolutionOne card per product: the shared batch weight on top, units per size below. A single work order carries several sizes, and mass comes from each size’s fill weight. If a fill weight does not fit the volume, the system asks before saving.
ProblemThe customs list could not be prepared before the last pallet was done; products with and without Turkish special consumption tax (ÖTV) and promotional items got mixed, and CPNP numbers were added by hand.
SolutionThe product card holds the customs class (with ÖTV, without ÖTV, promotional) and the CPNP number; the customs Excel follows that order, promotional items always last. A preliminary list comes from the unshipped remainder, and differences from the final list appear on a separate sheet. When the last pallet is checked, the export team is notified.
ProblemWith the materials on hand, how many units of which product can we make today?
SolutionThe board shows, for each product, how many materials are short at the target quantity and the maximum units possible with stock on hand, taking free stock, quantities reserved for other jobs, approved alternatives and expiry into account. Products added to a basket share materials in order, and work orders are opened from there.
ProblemOpening a listing on the marketplace (Trendyol, Turkey’s largest) meant typing product data a second time.
SolutionAn existing listing serves as a template for category and attributes; name, barcode, price, stock and images come from the ERP. A new size of the same product is added to the same listing page, and images are placed on a 1200×1800 white background. Naming rules, barcodes and required fields are checked before sending; writing to the marketplace is enabled by a setting.
